We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked trial period. You can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days, even if you've worn them out in the wild.
Are Allbirds shoes machine washable?
Yes! Most of our shoes are machine washable. Just remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent.
How do I find the right size?
Our shoes typically fit true to size. Most of our styles are available in whole sizes; if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize natural, sustainable materials including FSC-certified Tencel Lyocell (Eucalyptus tree fiber), ZQ-certified Merino wool, and sugarcane-based SweetFoam.
