Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Allbirds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period to test our shoes in the wild. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges for all shoes and apparel within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Return Process

  Visit the Online Portal

  Head to our returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start your request.

• 2.
  Choose Your Preference

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and place your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive it, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7-10 business days.
